Indoor Arena: 110X270 reining ground 
Brand new clay base, and sand completely renovated in 2019.  Concrete covered alley wraps the arena.  Sky box on the North end of the arena and viewing deck on the West side. 

 

Outdoor Arena: 100X220 cutting ground.  Renovated footing in 2020.  Lights, viewing deck, pipe holding pens for cattle, full service working pens.

Barn 2: 10 12X20 stalls and 16 12X10 stalls

Barn 3: 8 12X20 sand stalls

 

8 pipe runs with shelters and automatic waters and 5 turnout pastures with automatic waters & shelters.

Large shop area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, office, and 2 full baths with showers.
